We have the best group of volunteers at the Wednesday Community Meal - dedicated, hard working and kind.
One of the stars in the dining room is volunteer waiter Thomas who has a bright smile and is so attentive to the diners' needs. I love that Thomas always dresses up to serve on Wednesdays with his white shirt and black bow tie. He is a four-star waiter and the guests adore him.
Today we served 317 meals during our two hour service. Our main entree was oven-baked chicken with rice and of course there was also soup, salad and dessert.
