A place to share my love of baking and feeding people -- family, friends and strangers. These are culinary adventures from my Northeast Portland kitchen and Trinity Episcopal Cathedral's Wednesday Community Meal.

Cookie Boxes To Benefit Feeding The Hungry
Today we officially ended our pre-sale of boxes of homemade Christmas cookies to benefit Trinity Episcopal Cathedral's Food Ministries.
This year alone, food bags and hot meals were provided to more than 25,000 hungry guests and the annual cookie boxes are one of our biggest fundraisers.
If you didn't get a chance to pre-order cookies, we will have some extra boxes for sale when we distribute them on Sunday, Dec. 16 at Trinity between 9 a.m. and noon in Kempton Hall. The boxes cost $25 and come filled with more than two dozen cookies including Rugelach, Linzer Cookies, Chocolate Shortbread, Decorated Sugar Cookies, Russian Teacakes and Vanilla Shortbread.
And tomorrow, the incredibly busy week of baking begins. Stay tuned......
Each bakery box is tailored precisely to fit your brand image with an enormous variety of hues and designs to pick from.
